Safeguarding

At Grace Church, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children and young people is a priority. We take the safeguarding of everyone seriously: all of our childrens volunteers are subject to a robust recruitment process, including references and DBS checks. We work closely with our teams to provide regular safeguarding and intimate care training, according to Grace Church’s bespoke procedures.

Our Safe Church team meet regularly to review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective in keeping children and young people safe.

At Grace Church we believe that every person has the right to live a life free from abuse and free from the fear of abuse. We have a Safeguarding Team who you can speak to at any time if you have a concern or would like more information about how we keep each other safe at Grace Church.
